KPI/goals and progress status

In FY2021~FY2023, we have been working in line with the KPIs and Targets for SIC-II (FY2021~FY2023), which is the period of activities in accordance with the previous Medium-Term Management Plan SIC-II. In particular, we focused on the reduction of CO2 emissions in the environment (TCFD information disclosure) and the promotion of health and productivity management, which is material issue 4, and the ratio of women in managerial positions of 8%, which is the same as "promotion of environmental management" and "reform of work styles and personnel systems" in Basic Policy 3 of SIC-II, "Enhancement of the value of management resources for sustainable growth (transformation of corporate structure)." As a result, we have achieved results in reducing CO2 emissions, increasing the ratio of women in managerial positions, reforming work styles, and promoting DE&I, and we have generally proceeded as planned. Going forward, under the new Medium-Term Management Plan, we will review key issues (targets and KPIs) to enhance and accelerate our sustainability activities.
