Optical materials

Infrared rays (IR) have longer wavelengths than visible light and are invisible to the human eye. Taking advantage of this property, they are used in infrared cameras and remote controls. At TOYO VISUAL SOLUTIONS, we leverage our unique material design technology to help improve our customers' sensing technology with functional materials that control infrared rays. It can be used for autonomous driving systems equipped with distance sensors such as LiDAR, biometric authentication, etc. We can propose materials in forms suitable for your process, including coating on glass and silicon wafer substrates, as well as coating on plastic substrates such as films.

Functional inks

Printing inks not only transmit information and impart design, but can also realize functions such as optical properties, electrical properties, and anti-counterfeiting. Our lineup includes REXALPHA™, a conductive paste ideal for RFID and various electrodes, and REXWIN™, a functional paste that has functions such as light shielding, low reflection, and infrared transmission, and can be used on LED mounting boards and near-infrared sensors. We also have a lineup of special anti-static coating varnishes and UV-curable security inks that can provide anti-counterfeiting functions.
