Dividend/Shareholder Return
Basic policy regarding shareholder returns
The Company recognizes that shareholder returns are an important management issue. During the period of the Medium-Term Management Plan artience 2027 (2024~2026), we will use surplus cash from the achievement of profits for shareholder returns such as strategic investments and share buybacks, while maintaining stable dividends. In addition, the total return ratio is 50% or more.
Basic shareholder return policy
The Company recognizes shareholder returns as a significant management issue. In the period covered by the current medium-term management plan artience 2027 (2024 to 2026.) While pursuing a basic policy of paying stable dividends, the Company will allocate the surplus cash in the event of securing a profit to strategic investments, the acquisition of treasury shares and other forms of shareholder return. The total payoutratio target is set at 50% or more.
