Communication with customers

The Group has set up a contact point on its website using forms in Japanese, English, and Chinese to respond to inquiries about products and services and corporate activities (including questions, opinions, requests, etc.). Inquiries received are forwarded to the department in charge according to the content and a system is in place to respond promptly, and corrective measures and recurrence prevention measures are taken for cases that need to be dealt with or resolved (including measures to protect personal information).
The customer portal site "Sommelier" provides information on PRTR (Amount of Chemical Substances Released and Transferred) and SDS for products.
In addition, we strive to enhance communication with our customers by sending direct mail to inform them of products, services, and events, and by exhibiting at exhibitions in Japan and overseas.
