Conductive Paste REXALPHA™ Series

「REXALPHA®シリーズ」は、樹脂技術、分散技術、乾燥・硬化技術を組み合わせた、薄膜で低抵抗が得られる導電性ペーストです。
タッチパネル電極、RFIDアンテナ回路形成など、ファインパターンを形成する高細線印刷を可能とし、エッチング行程、フォトリソ行程から印刷方式への転換を提案します。また、抜群の連続印刷性能により、トータルでの生産性向上が実現可能となります。
用途として、RFID、タッチパネル回路、ヒーター、電磁波シールド他、各種電極などがあります。また、成形にも耐えられる銀ペーストや、10^-3Ω・cm台の低抵抗なカーボンペーストもラインナップしています。
