Representative characteristics
  • Curing type: Thermal drying (recommended: 10 minutes × 150°C or 30 minutes × 130°C)

  • Volume resistivity (Ω・cm): 5× 10-2 (150°C× 10 minutes drying)

How to use ink and precautions
  • We recommend using a version with a mesh count of 200 mesh or less.
  • Please stir this conductive paste thoroughly before use.
  • If the paste viscosity is high and printing is difficult, add a solvent butyldiglycol acetate or ethyl diglycol acetate. Please note that excessive addition will impair print reproducibility such as deterioration of linearity and thickening of lines.
  • How to clean the plate
    For plate cleaning after printing, we recommend soaking our product "S705 Solvent 2KC (Cyclohexanone)" or glycol-based cleaning solvent (e.g., Toho Clean RX-850 manufactured by Toho Chemical Industry Co., Ltd.) in a clean cloth or the like, cleaning the residual ink on the plate and mesh, and then finishing with "VC102 Solvent C (MEK)" to wipe off the cyclohexanone on the plate surface. Please note that if a solvent with a low volatile temperature such as toluene or MEK is used for cleaning from the beginning, only the resin component in the ink will be eluted, and the filler component such as silver will harden in the mesh, which may cause clogging. If a foreign object gets stuck in the plate, it may be possible to remove it by blowing it away with a jet shower using water.
