Optical materials

Infrared rays (IR) have longer wavelengths compared to visible light, making these waves invisible to the human eye. Being invisible, IR is useful in optical appliances such as infrared cameras, TVs, and remote controllers. Furthermore, the use of IR is expected to play a major role in the sensors for upcoming technology such as autonomous driving and biometric authentication. These advanced sensors will need materials that can block/transmit these wavelengths according to their application. We will contribute to the development of these sensor technologies by delivering such IR optical materials to our customers.
