Technology overview

Our group's electronics films are created by coatings our own designed polymers with liquid agents that make full use of dispersion and compounding technology. By multilayering functional layers, it is possible to produce films and adhesive sheets with various functions such as conductivity, thermoelectricity, and low-dielectric. We have accumulated mass production know-how to provide high quality products such as foreign matter/defect management and film thickness control, and we can stably deliver precisely controlled films and sheets.

electromagnetic shielding film is used in various parts of smartphones. This shielding performance is achieved using a highly filled coatings technology that coats the polymer with finely dispersed filler (metal powder) to create a void-free coating. Compatible with the smaller GND (ground) opening due to the miniaturization of FPC boards in recent years, it has achieved good embeddability and low resistance.
