Engraving machine for large cylinders
We have introduced the K500XXL/Gravostar, and with its rich lineup of engraving heads, we are able to make a wide range of plates, from coarse-line deep plates to high-fine lines.
Laser plate making system
This is a device that prints and makes plates on gravure cylinders using ultra-high precision laser light. This system achieves a high degree of automation, including cylinder setup.
High precision grinding machine polish master
A high-speed rotating diamond cutter grinds the copper-plated cylinder surface with high precision of ±5 microns. It provides stable printing with excellent registration accuracy and reduces printing loss.
Digilas 5000
As a gravure roll for coatings in the industrial materials field, it is possible to design plates according to the application, including rough and deep plates that require a large amount of coating, rolls related to electrical materials that require high precision, printable electronics, and other security. Ultra high-definition plate making for related items is possible.
Digilas 5000 draws figures in μm units using ultra-high resolution laser irradiation. Using CAD software, etc., you can freely adjust the cell shape, pitch, and angle.
After laser irradiation, cells are formed with corrosive liquid, so depth control is also possible.

Gravure multi proofing machine
It is possible to print proofs using cylinders that have not yet been shipped to the same level as printing with this machine, and we provide quality assurance as a plate-making manufacturer. Also, depending on the usage, it is possible to omit the need to be present at the printing factory.
