Packaging requires the reproducibility of all of these features, including vivid color tones, expressive gradations, and minute text and lines. Gravure cylinder for adhesives

We provide highly accurate dry laminated cylinders using ultra-high resolution lasers equipped with the latest technology and control in μm units.
It has excellent repeatability and allows for stable coating amounts.
By collaborating with Toyo Toyo-Morton, a group company laminating adhesives, we can respond to your detailed needs in terms of optimal application amount and plate-making conditions.

Gravure cylinder for coating agent

Our gravure rolls are also suitable for coating agent applications.
Due to corrosion plate making, the bottom of the cell is smooth, making it easy to remove the coating liquid and cleaning it, which also leads to cost reductions due to the longer cycle of plate making.

With a scanning resolution of 25,400 dpi using an ultra-high precision laser engraving system, it is possible to reproduce everything from ultra-fine characters to fine lines.
