Heat dry curing conditions

Curing: 120W/cm metal halide lamp x 10m/min

  • screen version
    Please use a low mesh such as 80-100 mesh.
    Adjust the emulsion thickness as necessary, and aim for a film thickness of 200 to 300μ.
  • Viscosity adjustment
    Although it is generally not necessary, if you wish to reduce the viscosity, please use "FDSS 3 Reducer" at a content of 5% or less.

  • SS Plate Cleaner ECO Series...A plate cleaning agent for screen printing that does not fall under organic regulations or the PRTR law. SD is the standard type, and QD is even faster drying.
