Functional ink series TT198 SS Process C Varnish

A heat sealing agent for laminating a wide range of films such as PET and PVC. Especially suitable for bonding PET base materials. Higher Tg than TT118.

diluting solvent Since the resin of the varnish tends to have poor solvent release, please use a high mesh version (300 mesh version) with a low viscosity diluted with "S718 solvent" by 25-35% to make the coating film as thin as possible.
Auxiliary agents, additives, cleaning solvents, etc. SS Plate Cleaner ECO Series...A plate cleaning agent for screen printing that does not fall under organic regulations or the PRTR law. SD is the standard type, and QD is even faster drying.
How to use ink & precautions
  • If the adhesion with the magnetic tape layer or UV offset printing is poor, please use the two-component version with 5% UR240B varnish hardening agent. The pot life (pot life) after adding a hardening agent is approximately 8 hours at 25℃.
  • Since the resin of the varnish tends to have poor solvent release, please use a high mesh version (300 mesh version) with a low viscosity diluted with "S718 solvent" by 25-35% to make the coating film as thin as possible.
  • Please dry thoroughly as residual solvent will affect blocking and doubling processing.
Other product data Please use aromatic hydrocarbon, ester, or ketone solvents as detergents.
