Printing conditions | Since the resin of the varnish tends to have poor solvent removal, please use a high mesh version (300 mesh version) to make the coating film as thin as possible, and dilute "S718 solvent" by about 50% with a low viscosity ( Dry film thickness: 1~2μm). |
How to use ink & precautions | Configuration (example) Hard PVC (white) / TT118SS process varnish / UV offset printing / TT118SS process varnish / PVC film (transparent) 1) Magnetic tape layer and UV offset printing If the adhesion is poor, "UR240B-50 Varnish" contains 10% hardening agent and should be used as a two-component product. The pot life (pot life) after adding a hardening agent is approximately 8 hours at 25℃. 2) The resin used in the varnish tends to have poor solvent removal properties, so the coating film should be made as thin as possible. The high mesh version (300 mesh version) allows you to use "S718 solvent" at a low viscosity when diluted by approximately 50%. (Dry film thickness: 1~2μm). 3) Residual solvent will affect blocking and doubling processing, so please dry thoroughly. |
Other product data | Please use aromatic hydrocarbon, ester, or ketone solvents as detergents. |
