Auxiliary agents, additives, cleaning solvents, etc. SS Plate Cleaner ECO Series...A plate cleaning agent for screen printing that does not fall under organic regulations or the PRTR law. SD is the standard type, and QD is even faster drying.
How to use ink & precautions Adhesion will vary depending on the degree of water repellency of the nylon material, so for nylon materials with poor adhesion, use the two-component reaction type with SSUR110B additive.
  • Mixing conditions
    Immediately before printing, mix SSUR110B additive at a ratio of 5% to 100% ink, adjust the viscosity to the appropriate level with a diluting solvent, and then print.
  • Pot life (usable time)
    It varies depending on the temperature after mixing the hardening agent, but it takes about 24 hours at room temperature (25℃) in a sealed state. Please check the amount used within the available usage time and adjust only the amount as necessary.
  • Adhesion
    Please note that it will become stable within 5 to 7 days after printing.
  • SS UR110B additive reacts with moisture in the air, so store it tightly closed immediately after use.
  • If foaming occurs during printing, add 0.5 to 1.0% of Additive 500.
