LIOCREATE™ SSE EF SERIESSS EF SERIES

This is an environmentally friendly evaporation-drying screen ink that does not fall under organic regulations (Organic Solvent Poisoning Prevention Regulations). It has excellent resistance to various types and can be used as a single liquid. In addition, by adding a hardening agent depending on the application, it can achieve good adhesion to treated PP, treated PE, etc.

Heat dry curing conditions
  • Room temperature x 15-30 minutes
  • 80℃×5 minutes

    It is a hardener. If you want to further increase resistance and adhesion, add 5% as a guide.
    The pot life (usable time) by addition varies depending on the temperature after mixing, but it is about 6~8 hours in a sealed state at room temperature (25°C).
    Please check the amount used during the available time and adjust only the amount necessary.
  • Additive 580 (* organic law not applicable)
    To improve defoaming and leveling, add "additive 580" up to 1%.
  • cleaning solvent
    SS Plate Cleaner ECO Series...A plate cleaning agent for screen printing that does not fall under organic regulations or the PRTR law. SD is the standard type, and QD is even faster drying.
