Functional Varnish Series FDFL Soft Feel Varnish

"FDFL Soft Feel Varnish" is a UV coater varnish that has the texture and characteristics of a matte PP film. It gives a "moist and soft feel" and "high-quality, fine-grained matte feel" that cannot be expressed with conventional matte coat varnishes. It can be coated with an in-line coater for offset/flexo printing, contributing to the reduction of PP lamination processes and plastics.

Characteristics (other)	It gives printed matter a ``moist and soft feel'' and ``a high-quality, fine-grained matte feel.'' Adds new design to paper carton packages, book covers, labels, etc. Can be applied easily and stably using only a UV coater. By using a flexo plate, it is possible to print part coats and patterns.

Printing conditions	When using Nilox roll: We recommend a cell capacity of 16cc/m2 or more. *Unlike regular matte varnish, the thicker the film, the better the matte effect. When using a roll coater: We recommend coating with a thickness of 5μ or more by adjusting the nip thickness.
How to use ink & precautions	We recommend our detergent ``FDDC Detergent EX'' as the cleaning agent.
