TOCRYL™ PCX series - Water-based materials to prevent dust and sand scattering

TOCRYL™ PCX series is a water-based material that prevents dust dispersion, soil erosion and runoff caused by wind and rain.

It controls the drying speed and film formation immediately after application, and also inhibits whitening when the coating is wetted by water.

Characteristics 

• High permeability due to a special resin design, making it applicable to a wide variety of objects such as soil, sand, and ballast.
• The tough coating film formed after water evaporation prevents scattering, dust flying, and erosion of the sprayed object for a long period of time.
• Excellent workability due to low viscosity and good stability after dilution.

Application example

• Preventing flying sand and dust on bare areas such as construction sites, landfills, and development sites
• Preventing erosion and runoff of sloping surfaces, cut slopes, etc.
