Solvent-free laminating adhesives

Solvent-free adhesives do not use solvents and have zero residual solvent. In combination with water-based ink, completely solvent-free packaging is also possible. It also contributes to reducing _CO2, which contributes to global warming.

For extrusion laminate, polyethylene, which serves as a sealant material, is melted at around 310℃ and extruded. An anchor coat agent (AC agent) is used to bond the first base material and sealant material.

The entire surface or pattern coating is applied to a base material such as plastic film, paper, or aluminum foil, and after drying, it is rolled up and heat-sealed in the post-process. Used for food lids, medical packaging, etc.
