〇*: Please use F grade or higher for boiling applications, Z grade or higher for retort applications, and R grade for high retort applications.
●*: In the Isocia EL configuration for boiling oil-containing foods, we recommend using two liquids.
〇1: The LP Bio SX series can be used in a wide range of laminate configurations with one liquid, but when used with imine EL or butadiene EL, adhesion may not be sufficient depending on the grade of OPP film. If you want to improve the strength, please use 2 parts.
〇2: Depending on the grade of transparent vapor-deposited film, the adhesion may not be sufficient, so in that case, please use two liquids.
〇3: When using water-based AC agents (imine, butadiene) for frozen food applications, adhesion may not be sufficient due to moisture from condensation, so isocyanic AC agents are recommended.

diluting solvent

• Solvent for white/color solid pattern: LN102 solvent, NKFS102 solvent, LG102 solvent Solvent for process color/LG103 solvent, LN203 solvent
• Slow solvent: LN203J solvent (highlight pattern recommended solvent)

About additives

LP bio curing agent

When the LP Bio SX series cannot obtain sufficient physical properties or when used in laminated compositions of substrates with poor adhesive properties, or when used in laminated compositions that require special resistance (standing pouches, When using it for heavy bags such as soup, special contents such as spices, etc., add 3% of LP bio curing agent.

*If other hardening agents are used, poor condition may occur. Please contact our sales representative.

LP250 Antistatic agent

If a static electricity problem occurs, add 1 to 3% depending on the situation.

NT blocking agent

When using double-sided film, film coated on the non-printing side, matte varnish film, or gold/silver ink, add 3% NT blocking agent to the ink as necessary. Please.
