artience releases Sustainability Data Book2024

In this report, the company introduces “artience growth fields,” the company-wide employee training and development system that was launched this year, and an update on the progress of the company’s efforts in Diversity Equity & Inclusion promotion. Moreover, it offers a progress report on the company’s CSR Procurement Survey for assessing the CSR measures of its raw material suppliers. 
In addition, the number of pages has been increased and the content expanded in the section on “Response to Climate Change,” an area where the company is strengthening its efforts in accordance with the artience sustainability vision asv2050/2030.
The Sustainability Data Book is issued in conjunction with the artience Group Integrated Report, a publication that comprehensively explains the company’s financial and non-financial information, and provides information on its sustainability initiatives including the management strategies designed to achieve them, and their progress.

Going forward, artience is committed to proactively disclosing financial and non-financial information, including the publication of these reports, with the aim of further improving communication with its stakeholders, such as shareholders and investors, employees and local communities, as well as customers and business partners with whom it collaborates  with in supply chains.
