With the advancement of medical technology, there is a need for high-sensitivity imaging technology that accurately observes the details and dynamics of cells and other biomolecules for verification and screening of therapeutic and diagnostic agents.

artience group has developed the Sciforiem™ FI series of near-infrared fluorescence probes that support this technology by applying the organic synthesis technology cultivated in the colorants business.
It is a fluorescent probe that can stain cells and exosomes quickly and vividly with less than conventional dyes, exhibits sufficient fluorescence intensity, and has excellent long-term photostability.

We are pleased to announce the launch of two products: the Sciforiem™ FI 7500, which features spectral characteristics that enable clear multi-layer staining, and the Sciforiem™ FI 7510, which enables dyeing of exosomes.

Upcoming Presentations

Sciforiem™ FI 7500 and Sciforiem™ FI 7510 will be presented as posters at the 144th Annual Meeting of the Pharmaceutical Society of Japan.
The 144th Annual Meeting of the Pharmaceutical Society of Japan is the largest academic society in Japan in the field of pharmaceutical sciences, with approximately 8,000 participants, including many researchers, medical professionals, and educators involved in pharmaceutical research, exchanging and exhibiting the latest research results, measuring machines, reagents, and other information.
On the day of the event, we will present imaging images using the Sciforiem™ FI Series and analysis data of stained exosomes using flow cytometry, which leads to quantitative analysis of exosomes.
