Established Clover Biz Co., Ltd., aiming to be certified as a special subsidiary

artience Co., Ltd. (President & CEO: Satoru Takashima, Chuo-ku, Tokyo) is pleased to announce that on January 4, 2024, Clover Biz Co., Ltd. was established with the aim of becoming a special subsidiary to promote the employment and active participation of people with disabilities.

Purpose of establishment

artience group promotes diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) and is working to create workplaces where diverse human resources can play an active role with the aim of realizing a society in which everyone can continue to play an active role by making the most of their characteristics. Under such circumstances, as part of our corporate social responsibility, we have established a new company, Clover Biz Co., Ltd., with the aim of supporting the employment of people with disabilities in the future.
Since 2019, we have been accepting graduates from special needs schools. Until now, I have been active mainly in support work at the "Clover Support Center" in the Jujo Center, which is a domestic office.
The name "Clover" of the new company Clover Biz is based on the image of a four-leaf clover that carries happiness, and was named at the suggestion of an employee when the support center was established. "Biz" is an abbreviation for "business," and we hope that in the future, they will not play a supporting role, but rather will be the main part of their work, and that they will take on new challenges and expand their possibilities. In French, la bise is a greeting that expresses affection, and it means to grow together in cooperation with each other, like a clover leaf.
