Toyo Ink Group will exhibit at SEMICON Japan 2023 to be held at Tokyo Big Sight (Koto-ku, Tokyo) on December 13 (Wed) ~ 15 (Fri), 2023.
SEMICON Japan will be the largest semiconductor-related exhibition in Japan, bringing together major domestic and international companies that connect the semiconductor supply chain, including top players in the semiconductor packaging and substrate mounting fields.
This time, the Toyo Ink Group will exhibit semiconductor-related materials that make full use of the Group's core technologies, leading to proposals that will help solve problems such as various processes and functions in the semiconductor market.
