Based on the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children, the Platinum Kurumin Certification is a system to evaluate companies that have obtained the Kurumin certification as a child-rearing support company and to promote ongoing efforts.
In order to support the realization of work-life balance for employees, we have established systems such as childcare and nursing care support, remote work, and flextime. In 2022, we introduced a rule that male employees must take childcare leave for at least 10 days in principle, and in fiscal 2022, the percentage of male employees taking childcare leave reached 92.7% *. In addition, in order to create an environment in which women can demonstrate high performance and play an active role over the long term, we provided career development support for employees on maternity and childcare leave, and conducted selective career training for women. These efforts have been highly evaluated, and we have now been certified as a "Platinum Kurumin".

The Toyo Ink Group will continue to focus not only on childcare support but also on initiatives to balance nursing care and medical treatment, etc., and will work to create a workplace environment and foster a corporate culture in which diverse human resources can play an active role.

Childcare leave includes leave for childcare purposes
