Notice regarding partial changes to the articles of incorporation

The Company hereby announces that Board of Directors held today resolved to submit the "Partial Amendments to the Articles of Incorporation" to the 185th Ordinary General General Shareholders’ Meeting scheduled to be held on March 23, 2023.

1. Purpose of amending the articles of incorporation
