Environmental Initiatives

The Saitama Factory is engaged in various activities to reduce environmental impact. As part of our energy-saving activities, we are conducting power-saving activities with the goal of continuously reducing unit power consumption. By updating our equipment, we have achieved significant reductions in CO 2, soot, soot, and nox, and we are continuing to achieve zero emissions.
By introducing electricity derived from renewable energy, the CO 2 emitted from our factory has been reduced by 70%. We have introduced a cleaning solvent recycling system, which has led to a 70% reduction in waste generated during the cleaning process compared to before the introduction.

Environmental policy

  1. Aim for zero emissions by reducing waste and reusing resources.
  2. Promote energy conservation to prevent global warming.
  3. We will consider procuring and purchasing environmentally friendly materials that reduce environmental impact, and promote the reduction and replacement of chemical substances that place a burden on the environment.
  4. We will ensure safe operations and prevent pollution so as not to affect the environment in times of abnormality or emergency.
  5. We strive to develop products that take into account the environment, safety, and health throughout the entire product lifecycle.

Implementation of environmental management system

We have established a system that complies with ISO14001, and create and implement environmental management programs based on plans drawn up for each theme in accordance with our basic philosophy and policy regarding the environment. President and Representative Director, who has the highest responsibility for the environmental management system, appoints a manager, and under the guidance of this manager, conducts internal audits to check compliance with environment-related laws and regulations and the effectiveness of environmental improvement activities. We also conduct continuous external audits.
