Application development, operation and maintenance, data utilization areas

We ascertained the needs of all parties involved, from the manufacturing department to management, and formulated requirements definitions after repeated discussions. We develop and modify optimal systems, or propose ways to utilize them.
In addition to in-house development, product management in collaboration with external IT partner companies is also an important task. Furthermore, we are responsible for the safe operation of systems across all artience group companies, including prompt identification of causes and emergency response operations for recovery when a failure occurs.

Information network/data center operation area

Activities such as designing and constructing networks that connect the company and all group companies and centrally managing server operations at data centers are essential activities for system operation.
Our work covers a wide range of areas, including the selection of necessary equipment and internal optimization work, as well as monitoring and maintenance work to ensure secure system operation. We are also promoting the use of IT throughout the group, including the introduction and management of terminals, devices, and common software.
