We, TOYO FPP, are a member of the global manufacturer artience, which has approximately 70 Group Companies in approximately 20 countries and regions around the world, and approximately 8,000 employees. The plates (cylinders) we manufacture enable high-definition printing and are used in a wide variety of applications, from brightly colored packaging to electronics.

Overview of available positions
sales
All cylinder plates are made to order, so we propose colors, gradations, delicate characters and lines that match the needs of the printing company and manufacturer, and work with the image department to make adjustments such as color proofing, so that the client can receive the best results. We will support you in creating a cylinder version that you are satisfied with.
Image processing
inspection
This is a detailed process in which the accuracy of custom-made cylinder plates is inspected using a laser microscope.
manufacturing
We set up cylinder plates in the manufacturing equipment in each process of the production line, operate the machines, and inspect proof plates. A crane is used to set up the cylinder version. (There are various cylinder versions ranging from 20kg to 200kg.)
Some departments have a shift work system.
technology
We also conduct research and development to support new applications.
Application Requirements

Salary for new graduates: 221,900 yen for university graduates, 207,400 yen for technical college, vocational and junior college graduates
Salary increase: 1 time per year
Allowances: Family allowance, overtime allowance, shift work allowance, shift work premium allowance (regulations, manufacturing department)
Bonus: Twice a year
Holidays: 2 days off per week (Saturdays and Sundays), national holidays
Annual holidays: 120 days or more
