Active ingredients and safety of Sasa extract
We have summarized the active ingredients, superiority, and safety of our Sasa extract and LIOHERBAL™. We use our own manufacturing method to extract active ingredients such as polyphenols and polysaccharides from Hokkaido kumazasa to a high concentration without destroying them, and we have confirmed that it is highly safe to use in food and cosmetics.
Active ingredients in Sasa extract
It contains a lot of "xylooligosaccharide" which is a steam-decomposed product of hemicellulose contained in Kumazasa. Other organic acids, polyphenols, etc. are abundantly extracted.

Advantages of steam extraction method
Aiming to extract as much of the rare "xylo-oligosaccharide" contained in Kumazasa as possible, we have conducted repeated research by applying the natural pigment extraction and purification technology we have cultivated over the years. Based on various extraction experiments and theories, we invented the "steaming extraction method" and succeeded in mass production. (Patent No. 3983233)
